Sant’Anna Festival 2023 in Bardolino: Events, Races, Music, and More
Sant’Anna, co-patroness with San Michele of Calmasino, deserves a great celebration. The very active association il Poliedro has taken the lead, in collaboration with the parish and the municipality of Bardolino, preparing an extensive program of gastronomic, cultural, sporting, and musical events.
The religious program includes a triduum of prayer from tomorrow until Wednesday, July 25. On Thursday, July 26, the anniversary of the actual feast, a solemn mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m., followed by a propitiatory procession. Since June 25, a mixed volleyball tournament has been underway at the soccer fields in via Caduti del Lavoro; it will conclude in conjunction with the start of Sant’Anna’s festivities.

Festival Highlights and Display Areas
All dance evenings will take place in the square, with dancing on a large steel dance floor of over 200 square meters, specifically set up for the occasion. The amusement park offers more than 400 seats.
“The Sant’Anna festival is a very important event,” states Poliedro president Franco Pezzini. “It involves the entire town in organizing the program. It mainly engages young people and youngsters in a sort of conclusion of Poliedro’s sporting activities and the end of the school year.”
“Poliedro is truly polyhedral because it encompasses,” emphasizes the president with a play on words, “sports, cultural, theatrical, and cinematic activities. It is therefore the core place for people to meet.”
