Scammers Impersonate Carabinieri Offering Fake Magazine Subscriptions

They impersonate Carabinieri when making phone calls to hoteliers, shopkeepers, artisans, and restaurant owners in Middle and Upper Garda, offering subscriptions to magazines of the military.

They are not soldiers, but scammers who, from time to time, claim to belong to the financial police, the police, the fire brigade, or municipal officers.
