Sirmione Library Launches Japanese Language Course “MICI | Strada”

The Sirmione Municipal Library is offering a Japanese language course titled “MICI | Strada” to introduce participants to Japanese culture through language, symbols, and traditions. Led by native speaker Miwako Ono, with over ten years of teaching experience in Japan and Italy, the course runs from March 11 to May 13, 2026, with weekly sessions every Wednesday from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, totaling 10 classes.

The program covers basic signs, vocabulary, conversational exercises, and insights into Japanese seasons and customs. The registration fee is €150, with a 50% discount for Sirmione residents. The course is limited to 10 participants, and applications must be submitted by March 9, 2026, at the Sirmione Office of Culture and Tourism.
