Sirmione Spa Launches Training and Job Program for Lifeguards on Lake Garda

Terme di Sirmione is launching a training program to recruit new Lifeguards through the Terme di Sirmione Academy. The company will fund the certification course (FIN or Salvamento) and offer a minimum nine-month contract at its facilities around Lake Garda. A Recruiting Day is scheduled for February 4 in Desenzano to meet candidates and explain the program.

Applicants aged 18-49 with swimming skills and physical fitness are eligible, with priority given to those with competitive FIN experience. The program covers initial training, certification, and potential job stabilization at locations in Sirmione and Rivoltella, with opportunities for professional development. Interested candidates must register by February 2 via the company’s online platform.
