South Tyrol Youth Choir Performs in Arco with The Word Was God
The Collegiata Church in Arco will host a choral concert on Saturday, June 13 at 7:30 p.m., featuring the Landesjugendchor Südtirol conducted by Johann van der Sandt. The program, titled “The Word Was God,” focuses on spirituality, freedom and hope through sacred and spiritual works.
The concert is part of a regional tour, with Arco serving as the first stop before the ensemble moves to Bolzano for a Sunday performance on June 14 at 5:00 p.m. in the Duomo di Bolzano. The Collegiata di Arco (Santa Maria Assunta) in the historic center is renowned for its acoustics and hosts regular sacred music and choir events, making it a cultural hub for the area.
