The Municipality of Gargnano is gearing up to enliven the evenings of July with a rich calendar of events dedicated to dance, offering the public at the Lake Garda two distinct appointments that promise to engage and enchant. The initiatives, promoted by the Department of Culture, will take place in the picturesque setting of Piazza Bogliaco, transforming it into an open-air stage.

Contemporary Dance Show “Who Am I”

On July 11, at 9:15 PM, Piazza Bogliaco will host the contemporary dance performance “Who Am I.” This show, performed by Mattia Raggi and Silvia Pipponzi, aims to explore the concept of identity through movement. The work seeks to give scenic form to existential questions, addressing themes such as memory, emotions, and personal transformation—elements that merge into a corporeal and visual representation. The event provides an opportunity for the audience to reflect on profound issues through an innovative artistic language.

Dance Show by Candies’ Academy SDS

The following day, on July 12, also in Piazza Bogliaco and starting at 9:00 PM, it will be the turn of the “Dance Show” presented by Candies’ Academy SDS (Street Dance School). This event will showcase the talent of the school’s students, featuring a dynamic and lively performance. The evening will be dedicated to street dance, a genre that combines energy and creativity, promising to captivate the audience with rhythmic choreographies and engaging performances. This initiative reflects the commitment of the Municipal Administration to promote culture and art in all its forms while also valuing local artistic expressions.
