A **27-year-old Tunisian** man has been arrested in **Desenzano del Garda** after being caught stealing from the “In’S” supermarket on Viale Guglielmo Marconi. The young man, already known to law enforcement for previous offenses, attempted to take a bottle of beer and a perfume. When discovered by the store staff, he reacted violently during the identification attempt by the officers, hitting and insulting the intervening police.
After a complex operation, the officers managed to take him to the police station, where a search revealed the stolen items and an electronic identity card. The individual was arrested for **resisting a public official**; furthermore, the Police Commissioner of Brescia ordered his transfer to the Center for Repatriation (CPR) in Turin and issued a Mandatory Expulsion Order prohibiting him from returning to Desenzano for the next four years.
