– Due to a scheduled update, the MyPay service for payments to public administrations will be temporarily suspended on Tuesday, July 2nd. The suspension will take place from 1:30 PM to approximately 3:30 PM.
During this period, access to the MyPay platform will not be possible, and payments cannot be made through any available channels, including online banking, bank or post office branches, tobacco shops, and the IO app. Payment notices that are prepared before the interruption will remain active and can be paid once the platform is operational again.
The update has been announced by Trentino Digitale, with the aim of improving the service provided to citizens.
