The Diecimiglia del Garda, a historic running race, will take place on Sunday, June 1st, in Navazzo di Gargnano, celebrating its 52nd edition with participation open to all categories, both male and female. This competition, recognized in the Fidal calendar, features a course of 16 km, along with an alternative distance of 8 km for Master athletes. Registrations are open until May 29th on the dedicated website, with the option to register on the day of the race as well. The event promises a challenging route, consisting of both asphalt and trail surfaces, making it suitable for outdoor sports enthusiasts.
In addition to the sporting challenge, the event includes a substantial prize pool and various services for athletes, such as refreshment stations and race packs. The day will conclude with a communal moment featuring a spit-roast prepared by the volunteers of the Montegargnano Sports Group. With this edition of the Diecimiglia del Garda, the area celebrates not only sports but also the community surrounding it, welcoming competitors from all over for a true showcase of champions.
