A new call for proposals for the kiosk located in the Park delle Pozze has been published by the municipal administration of Lonato del Garda. The call, open to all interested parties, aims to enhance this public space, which serves as a focal point for social interaction and youth aggregation. Unlike the previous edition, which restricted participation to Third Sector associations, anyone can now submit their proposal. The lease contract will have an initial duration of six years, renewable for an additional six, with a base annual auction fee set at €9,600 plus VAT.
Currently, the kiosk is undergoing renovation and maintenance work by the municipal administration. Candidates must submit their request for a site visit by August 29, 2025, and present their offers by 12:00 PM on September 15, 2025. This initiative aims not only to ensure a service for the community but also to promote employment and entrepreneurial opportunities in the area.
