The 16th edition of the Colnago Cycling Festival has come to a close. Over three days filled with sports and activities for enthusiasts and families, the festival brought together participants from 19 different countries, confirming its international status with its inclusion in the Granfondo World Tour.
The Granfondo Colnago saw the participation of 4,000 athletes, making this Sunday on Lake Garda truly incredible. The event was welcomed by Mayor Guido Malinverno, Deputy Mayor Stefano Medioli of the Municipality of Desenzano del Garda, Colnago Marketing and Strategy Manager Manolo Bertocchi, and Senator Paola Mancini.
After a spectacular start from the center of Desenzano del Garda, the participants headed towards Gardone Riviera, where the group split up based on the chosen route. The Colnago Cycling Festival covers a vast territory with its routes that pass through 71 municipalities, 4 provinces, and 3 regions.
Throughout the festival, Desenzano del Garda was animated by event sponsors such as X-Bionic, Ekoi, Bemer, Tomasi Auto, and Noleggiare. In addition, partner consortia such as Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori del Garda, Consorzio Lugana, Consorzio Valtenesi, Consorzio Garda DOC, and Consorzio San Martino della Battaglia enriched the event with high-quality products.
The third day of the festival concluded with the awards ceremony for the athletes and teams participating in the Granfondo Colnago. It was a success thanks to the teamwork between institutions, private entities, and associations, which made it possible to organize a fun, safe, and high-quality event.

With this 16th edition concluded, the organizing committee will begin working consistently and passionately for next year.
