A man residing in Prevalle will not be allowed to set foot in Gavardo for the next three years after stealing food items from a local supermarket and threatening a cashier during his escape. The incident, which occurred a few months ago, prompted the intervention of the Local Police of Valle Sabbia, who immediately launched an investigation following a report from the store staff. Collaboration with the Carabinieri led to the identification of the individual and a criminal complaint, as well as a request for an urban DASPO to ensure public safety.
The Questore approved the proposal for expulsion, signing the order that prohibits the man from returning to the municipality of Gavardo. Recently spotted in the town center, he was stopped and officially informed of the ban, emphasizing that any violations would result in severe criminal penalties. The following afternoon, the man left the municipal territory as requested by the competent authorities.
