A theft occurred in Gavardo in recent hours, where a man, already known to law enforcement for previous similar offenses, stole a wallet from a store. The individual reportedly entered the premises under false pretenses and, after taking the wallet that was resting on a shelf, fled into the surrounding streets. The store owner attempted to chase him down but was unsuccessful, leading to a call for the intervention of the Local Police.
The officers arrived on the scene promptly to conduct an inspection and analyze the footage from the surveillance cameras. Thanks to their familiarity with the area and the collected videos, they were able to identify the thief, who will now face charges of aggravated theft at the Prosecutor’s Office.
