A 40-year-old man from Brescia has been reported by the Mobile Squad of the Brescia Police Headquarters for **threats with a firearm** and **illegal possession of weapons** after he posted a disturbing video in which he brandishes a rifle described as “loaded and illegal.” In the recording, the man threatened several individuals, accusing them of having intimidated him with a letter containing a bullet. Officers, alerted by the seriousness of the video’s content, conducted a search of his home in **Desenzano del Garda**, where they found a rifle identical to the one shown in the footage, along with ammunition, knives, and bats. During the inspection, the police confiscated all the materials found. The suspect claimed to be a victim of intimidation and stated that he would use the weapon against anyone who came to his door. Following investigations, the man was taken to the police headquarters and reported to the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
