On Friday, September 25, 2026, the Tomorrowland Symphony of Unity at Verona Arena marks its Italian debut, bringing an orchestral reimagining of electronic music anthems to the Roman amphitheatre before a sold-out audience of fourteen thousand spectators.
Co-promoted by Zed Live, OverMind, TicketSms, Fondazione Arena di Verona, and Icona, the one-night production translates iconic dance tracks into symphonic arrangements performed live by a sixty-piece classical ensemble composed of strings, brass, woodwinds, percussionists, and vocalists.
From Tomorrowland Belgium to the Roman Amphitheatre
The Symphony of Unity project originated in 2015 within Belgium’s Tomorrowland festival, conceiving a bridge between orchestral discipline and contemporary electronic composition. Following recurring performances at the festival grounds in Boom and specialized concerts at the Antwerp Expo, the ensemble expanded internationally, performing at the Las Vegas Sphere in 2025 as part of the global UNITY program before scheduling its premiere on Italian soil.
Verona’s first-century Roman Arena provides an acoustically resonant open-air stone shell for the production. The score reconstructs multi-layered synthesizer lines and driving bass progressions into acoustic movements, preserving the physical drive of electronic festival tracks while introducing symphonic counterpoint.
Timetable and Official Gran Guardia Aftershow
Gates at the Arena di Verona open at 19:00. The evening commences at 19:55 with an opening live performance by Austrian electronic duo Klangkarussell, followed by the two-hour Symphony of Unity performance beginning promptly at 22:00.
Following the conclusion of the concert inside the amphitheatre, the production transitions across Piazza Bra to the neoclassical Palazzo della Gran Guardia. From 23:30 to 03:00, the Gran Guardia hosts the official aftershow event featuring DJ sets by Belgian producer Yves V, Comrad, and Hiisak.
