Torri del Benaco Hosts Olive Oil Festival Showcasing Extravergini Guide Preview and Awarding 243 Prizes

Torri del Benaco will host its annual Olive Oil Festival on April 11-12, featuring the national premiere of Slow Food’s “Guide to Extra Virgins 2026.” The event includes a market on the historic port with award-winning oils from across Italy, alongside local products like wine, saffron, and honey.

The festival also highlights the new guide, which awards 243 prizes to producers, and showcases 766 companies with over 1,200 reviewed oils. Activities include tastings, workshops on oil production, guided tours of an ancient mill, and cultural events such as a concert in the Trinità church.
