A serious incident of torture and abuse of an escort occurred in a villa in Gavardo, where a 43-year-old man from Soprazocco, Matteo Venturelli, is accused of kidnapping and mistreating the victim. The woman, of Brazilian origin, was found on September 11th bound hand and foot in a field in Polpenazze, after being invited to Venturelli’s home. Investigations conducted by the Carabinieri of the Salò Company led to the arrest of the man last Thursday on severe charges including kidnapping, torture, and aggravated sexual violence. The validation hearing for Venturelli has been scheduled for Monday morning before Judge Matteo Venturelli. The victim confirmed the abuses she suffered during her time at the villa, where she was allegedly forced to endure physical and psychological mistreatment. The defense attorney stated that his client intends to provide his version of events to contest the charges. A second man involved in the case, Massimiliano Scarano, will be interrogated on Thursday; he is currently under house arrest facing similar charges. The judge emphasized that Venturelli was also involved in drug trafficking, deeming it necessary to impose a precautionary prison measure due to the severity of his actions. Italian Version
