Toscolano and Limone Launch Saturday Initiatives to Prevent Drownings

On Saturday, July 25, Toscolano Maderno and Limone sul Garda will hold two events focused on preventing drownings and improving water safety. In Toscolano Maderno, demonstrations of rescue and lifesaving will take place from 10:00 a.m. at Lido Azzurro beach on Lungolago Zanardelli as part of “Bandiera Blu: al lago in sicurezza.”

The Toscolano Maderno event will involve the Italian Coast Guard, the Garda Volunteers Group, and the municipalities of Toscolano Maderno and Gardone Riviera. At the same time in Limone sul Garda, rescue and first-aid demonstrations are scheduled on the beach near the sailing club, with both morning programs linked to World Drowning Prevention Day.
