Toscolano Maderno hosts the self-sufficient trail En Mes ai Ulif

The historic mountain race, En Mes ai Ulif, returns, taking place on September 28 in Toscolano Maderno. This ninth edition, organized by Runners Salò, features a new course of 17.5 km, characterized by a self-sufficient trail and a high-profile challenge for enthusiasts. The race will start from the Cartiera square and will wind through the picturesque Valle delle Cartiere, passing iconic locations such as the bridge in front of Migross and Monte Maderno, with a total elevation gain of 900 meters.

Participants are expected to gather at 9:00 AM at the Toscolano Maderno Stadium, where all necessary services will be available before and after the race. Registrations are already open at a cost of 20 euros, with a maximum limit of 250 participants; beyond this threshold, registration will be available for 10 euros without a race pack. Prizes will be awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as the top three in each category. Last year, Davide Bottarelli and Veronica Difant took first place with times of 1h15’38” and 1h29’29” respectively, but this year’s competitors will face a renewed course.
