A workplace tragedy struck Toscolano Maderno this morning, Saturday, January 11. Around 9 AM, emergency responders were alerted to Via Oleificio after a 54-year-old worker suffered a medical emergency while laying an outdoor floor at a residence. The man collapsed to the ground, and despite the immediate intervention of a medical emergency vehicle, two ambulances, and air rescue from Brescia, all attempts to resuscitate him proved futile.
The relevant authorities, including the carabinieri, arrived at the scene to manage the situation and initiate the necessary investigations to clarify the circumstances of the incident. Unfortunately, there was nothing that could be done for the craftsman, and his death was confirmed by the attending medical personnel.
