Today, March 15, the exhibition “The Poet’s Room” was inaugurated at the Toscolano-Maderno Civic Library, in the presence of the mayor Chiara Chimini and the councilor for IT Domenico Caldana. The library’s president, Marcello Cobelli, emphasized the importance of collaboration with artist and author Maria Zanolli, who is curating the Poetry Week for the second consecutive year. He expressed hope that this exhibition will replicate the success of “Florilegio,” which has already been well received both in Italy and abroad. The works on display, created using the technique of cyanotype, are printed on handmade paper crafted by master papermaker Marco Castellini, utilizing drawings by Paolo Bottarelli.
The exhibition will be open to the public until March 27, during the library’s opening hours, providing a unique opportunity to explore the intersection of poetry and visual art in a stimulating cultural context.
