On the night between Saturday and Sunday, a young Irish tourist vacationing in Gardone Riviera sustained serious injuries in a tourist accident that occurred along the Gardesana. The boy, along with his friends, was participating in a dangerous stunt near the Monte Baldo hotel around 2:30 AM, staging a challenge that involved pretending to throw themselves under passing cars. Unfortunately, during one of these attempts, he lost his balance and was struck by a passing vehicle. The impact was significant, and the driver was unable to avoid him.
Immediately after the incident, emergency services from 118 were dispatched, and an air ambulance transported the young man in critical condition to the Spedali Civili hospital in Brescia. His condition is serious, but he is currently not in life-threatening danger.
