Two young English tourists were rescued by firefighters after getting lost along the 101 Zete trail in Limone sul Garda. The incident occurred in the late afternoon of Thursday, October 31, when the boys lost their bearings due to the onset of darkness and called for help around 6:30 PM.
Firefighting teams from Limone and Riva responded promptly and were able to locate the tourists during the night. The two young men, frightened and cold but in good health, were safely brought back to their accommodation in the lakeside town.
