A sudden illness tragically struck Davide Zanoni, a 42-year-old nurseryman from Castel Goffredo, leading to his death yesterday, Tuesday, July 22. Family members alerted emergency services after the man fell ill at his home, but despite the medical team’s attempts at resuscitation, all efforts were in vain. The news has left the entire community in shock, prompting the local administration, led by Mayor Alfredo Posenato, to declare a period of communal mourning, suspending all scheduled events in the coming days, including the “R-Estate in piazza” event.
Davide Zanoni is mourned by his partner Ilaria and their two children, Alessandro and Nicolò, aged 10 and 3, respectively. The funeral will take place on Friday, July 25, at 8:45 AM from the Pezzini Funeral Home on Viale Avis; following a religious ceremony at the parish church, the body will be taken to the local cemetery for the final farewell.
