On the evening of Monday, April 21, a tragedy unfolded in Castel Goffredo, where a 52-year-old man chose to end his life by hanging himself outside his home. After the discovery of the body, the alarm was immediately raised, bringing medical personnel to the scene who, unfortunately, could do nothing but confirm the death. The carabinieri also arrived at the location to initiate the necessary investigations to clarify the circumstances surrounding the death.

From the initial information gathered, it appears that the extreme act was driven by a profound romantic disappointment. The man’s remains were subsequently handed over to his family for the funeral arrangements.
