Trentino Rescue Association Joins Lake Garda Coast Guard, Seeks Volunteers

For some time now, the Trentino Rescue Association of Riva has become a part of the Auxiliary Coast Guard operating on Lake Garda, where the first operational center in Trentino-Alto Adige has been established.

This is a token of appreciation towards the Riva-based non-profit organization, whose work has been highly valued in recent years.

The auxiliary coast guard, which performs a parallel and complementary service to the Corpo delle Capitanerie di Porto (Harbor Masters’ Office), is seeking volunteers.

Persons willing to join the group will have the opportunity to attend specialized training courses that, in addition to serving within the organization, will confer a professional qualification based on the models of the International Maritime Organization.

How to apply

Anyone interested in becoming part of the volunteer force can request registration forms from the Trentino Rescue Association of Riva, located at via Rovereto 146 (Porto S. Nicolò), or call the number 0348/5724343.
