Truffle Festival in Tignale: rediscovery of local traditions

The Truffle Festival in Tignale is gearing up to celebrate local traditions with an event rich in flavors and enchanting atmospheres, taking place from September 27 to October 5. The festivities will kick off with a performance by the town band in the historic center of Gardola, marking the beginning of four days dedicated to tastings, exhibitions, and cultural events designed for everyone. Among the new features of this edition is the competition “MasterTartufo – The Tradition Challenge,” where amateur chefs reinterpret traditional dishes using truffles as the main ingredient. During the festival, visitors will also have the opportunity to participate in the Truffle Hunter’s Walk and guided tours of the historic Limonaia del Pra dela Fam, as well as explore the Museum of the Alto Garda Bresciano Park. There will be moments dedicated to the little ones, featuring traditional games and afternoon shows. The village will offer numerous dining options to savor typical truffle-based dishes and enjoy musical evenings that will accompany the event, culminating with a performance by the Coro di Montecastello. A shuttle service will be available between the port of Pra dela Fam and Gardola to facilitate transportation for participants. Italian Version
