Tulipanomania Bardolino 2026 Celebrates 50,000 Blooming Tulips Along Lake Lenotti

Bardolino’s Tulipanomania 2026 marks its 10th anniversary with over 50,000 tulips, including approximately 30,000 supplied by Parco Giardino Sigurtà. The floral display along Lungolago Lenotti and surrounding areas is the result of a collaboration between the Municipality of Bardolino and the park, with flowering expected to reach peak in April. The event features tulip varieties such as Holland Queen, Menton, Negrita, Black Hero, and Dutch Romance, selected by Count Giuseppe Inga Sigurtà for a staggered bloom.

The festival involves the local community, including a school planting a flower bed, and emphasizes sustainable green management practices. Additionally, the fifth edition of a photography contest offers six park entries as prizes; submissions are due by April 26, 2026, with voting via Facebook from May 4-15, and winners announced during the Palio del Chiaretto on June 5, 2026.
