Successful Conclusion of the 45th Polpenazze Tournament: A Sporting Celebration for the Garda Region
The 45th edition of the traditional football tournament has concluded in Polpenazze del Garda, an event that has enlivened the evenings of the area with twenty-one appointments dedicated to sports and community. The public turnout was remarkable throughout the event, confirming its status as a reference point for football enthusiasts and beyond in this part of the Lake Garda.
Valerio Orioli, the president of the Unione Sportiva Polpenazze, expressed heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the event. Special praise was directed towards the numerous volunteers who, once again this year, with their constant commitment and dedication, made the realization and successful outcome of the tournament possible. The final evening, in particular, was described as a moment of great serenity and sporting celebration.

Pulcini Category: Montorfano’s Comeback
The final for 1st-2nd place in the Pulcini Quadrangular started with a surprising turn of events, as ASD Valtenesi Blu quickly gained the lead. However, ASD Academy Montorfano Rovato responded decisively, taking control of the game and overturning the score to a final 4 to 1. For the winners, goals were scored by Adrian Vrenezi (two goals), Nicolò Gazzoli, and Simone Zani, while Brando Filippini scored for Valtenesi.
3rd-4th Place Final: A Nail-Biting Finish with History
The match for third and fourth place saw NOVA SIDER FORGITAL srl Prevalle face off against COMIPONT spa Porzano di Leno – REALVALVERDE-AS29 – REKONTA. This clash featured a team, NOVA SIDER FORGITAL srl Prevalle, that had triumphed in the 44th edition of the tournament (2024), showcasing their consistent presence at the top.
The match proved to be extremely competitive, with a score of 4 to 3 in favor of NOVA SIDER FORGITAL srl, which held until the last moments of play. The recovery time brought a flurry of emotions: the score reached 4 to 4 just at the edge, followed by a winning free-kick that sealed the final score at 5 to 4 for NOVA SIDER FORGITAL srl Prevalle, earning them third place. For COMIPONT spa, the scorers were Pozzzoni Daniele, Bosis Fabrizio, Lorenzo Vallisa, and Giorgio Belotti, while the winners’ goals came from Julian Dudi, Federico Peli (two goals), Hakim Ghazouani Hezzi, and Luca Vitali.

The match saw UTR take an early lead of 1 to 0, but Franzoni Costruzioni responded to level the score. Despite the final score of 5 to 1 for UTR suggesting a dominant performance, the game was characterized by very competitive phases, with UTR ultimately demonstrating their consistency and quality to secure a well-deserved victory. The champion team’s goals were scored by Gonzalo Martinez (two goals), Stefano Apollonio, Judmir Hoxha, and Patrick Corbelli, while Emanuele Bardelloni netted the only goal for Franzoni Costruzioni.
