Valtenesi Residents Support Anti-Crime Satellite System Deployment
The residents of Valtenesi are pleased with the idea of potentially protecting their homes in the near future thanks to the anti-crime satellite system, which could be operational within a few months.
The timeline will depend solely on the number of applications received, which must reach at least 1,200 to commence the entire project.
Currently, in the municipality of Manerba, where the provisional headquarters of the entire initiative has been set up, involving the seven municipalities of Valtenesi, more than a hundred confirmations of willingness to join the security plan have been received.
Costs and issues of the project
The average annual cost of the service is estimated at around 600,000 lire for a medium-sized apartment.
However, there are still some management and technical issues to be resolved, such as deciding who will handle the service management.
Good prospects of success are expected for the upcoming Valtenesi Forest Consortium. It will also be necessary to decide who will be responsible for intervening at the alarm points.
In the coming weeks, these final details are sure to be resolved as well.
