Enrico Vecchi triumphed in the “Quarta Olta a Breo,” setting a new record for the race, which took place on Sunday, October 27. Starting from Gussago and finishing in Brione, the event saw significant participation thanks to the change of date compared to previous editions. With a course of approximately 6 km uphill, Vecchi clocked in at 22 minutes and 44 seconds, surpassing his own record from 2022 by one second. Niccolò Ignazitto from Atletica Valtrompia secured second place.
In the women’s race, Silvia Casella from Atletica Gavardo 90 claimed victory with a time of 30 minutes and 13 seconds. She was followed by her teammate Angela Girelli and Cristiana Bonassi from Arieni Team. The competition also benefited from favorable weather conditions, ideal for running. The organizers plan to hold the event again next year, with a new edition scheduled for 2025.
