Verona Hosts POP&PLAY Festival Celebrating Pop Culture and Gaming This Weekend

The POP&PLAY Festival will take place at Verona’s Model Expo from March 7-8, 2026, offering a space dedicated to pop culture and gaming. The event features manga, cosplay, K-pop, video games, and visual arts, with special tributes to the film K-POP DEMON HUNTERS, Stranger Things, and a Horror Village with various activities and cosplayer appearances.

Highlights include afternoon concerts by Giorgio Vanni and Cristina D’Avena, panels with guests like Valentina LaVaLend and the HORROTAINMENT project, and themed associations such as Star Wars and Ghostbusters. The festival aims to consolidate pop culture in a single venue, with tournaments, board games, and arcade areas.
