Veronese Garda: defibrillator project for tourist cardiac protection
The Save a Life project was recently launched in Verona, an initiative by Federalberghi Garda Veneto aimed at making the Veronese shore of Lake Garda completely heart-safe by the beginning of the 2028 tourist season. The goal is to equip every accommodation facility with a defibrillator, engaging not only industry entrepreneurs but also guests and residents. The conference was attended by institutional figures such as the President of the Province Flavio Pasini and the Vice President of the Veneto Region Elisa De Berti, alongside the President of Federalberghi Garda Veneto Ivan De Beni and other industry experts. The project allows members of Federalberghi to acquire defibrillators at a discounted price, with the option to request financial support through the Bilateral Tourism Agency of Verona. The installed defibrillators will be state-of-the-art and designed for simplified use, thereby contributing to the cardioprotection of the entire area and enhancing safety for everyone who visits this renowned tourist destination.
