On Saturday, September 20, and Sunday, September 21, 2025, the **Vittoriale** will host a conference titled **”Tribute to Ida Magli”** to celebrate the centenary of the birth of the renowned anthropologist, philosopher, and writer. Magli, who won the Vittoriale Prize in 2015 and is buried in the Mausoleum of the Vittoriale, is recognized for her intellectual and cultural contributions to the analysis of contemporary social life. Over the two days of events, numerous scholars will engage in discussions on various aspects of her critical thought, moderated by Barbara Palombelli and Giordano Bruno Guerri.

The program will kick off on Saturday at 4:00 PM with a tribute at the Mausoleum, followed by presentations that will explore the figure of Ida Magli from different perspectives. Speakers will address themes such as Magli’s anthropology, the voice of women in culture, and Magli’s legacy in the Italian intellectual landscape. On Sunday morning, reflections on her work and lasting impact will continue, honoring one of the most significant voices in contemporary Italian culture.
