A serious work accident occurred in Toscolano Maderno this morning, Friday, June 13. A 35-year-old worker fell from scaffolding while performing exterior cladding work on Via Castello, plummeting from a height of over five meters. The alert was raised in red code shortly after 9:00 AM, prompting the intervention of medical personnel from the Garda Volunteer Group and the arrival of the air ambulance from Brescia. After being stabilized, the worker was airlifted to the Civil Hospital in Brescia.
The Carabinieri of Salò have intervened to reconstruct the dynamics of the incident and assess any potential responsibilities. According to the Regional Emergency and Urgency Agency (Areu), the man’s hospitalization was classified as yellow code, indicating that, fortunately, he is not in life-threatening condition.
