XIV Heritage Motorbike Walk Connects Castiglione and Sabbioneta

Tomorrow, between the town of Aloisiana and Sabbioneta, the “XIV Heritage Motorbike Walk” will take place, organized by the Club Auto Moto Storico Castiglionese, chaired by Vincenzo Bucella, with the sponsorship of the assessorato alle Manifestazioni of the municipality. The two-wheeled vehicles will depart from Piazza Dallò at 10:45 towards Carpenedolo, Casalmoro, Asola, Casalmaggiore, and Sabbioneta, where the group will visit museums and have lunch.

At 3:30 p.m., they will return via Bozzolo, Gazoldo, Piubega, Ceresara, and Medole, to arrive again in Castiglione. At 5:00 p.m., after a brief refreshment, the participants with their vintage motorcycles will gather in Piazza Dallò for the final awards ceremony, open to the public, which will also feature the mayor.

Message from Sigurtà and Awards

Sigurtà, on this occasion, sent a letter to the mayor of Sabbioneta: “On this occasion, I wanted to build an emotional bridge between our two towns — explains — Our Francesco and their Vespasiano were two Gonzaga princes who greatly committed themselves to the artistic and cultural heritage of their court, earning respectively Castiglione and Sabbioneta the imperial title of city.”

All participants in the “walk” will receive a small gift, while a special prize will be awarded to the top ten motorcycles most voted for by the participants themselves.
