Yesterday marked the start of the 1000 Miglia Experience UAE 2024, an event that celebrates classic cars in Dubai and motorsport in the United Arab Emirates. Organized by Octanium Experiences under license from the historic Italian race, the event features 90 teams ready to tackle a 1,600 km route divided into four stages. The opening took place at the Emirates Golf Club with technical checks and a showcase of the vehicles, highlighting iconic models such as a 1928 Bentley 4.5 L Le Mans and a Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato.
Today, the teams began their adventure by traveling through Sharjah towards Hatta for lunch, before continuing on to Fujairah through the mountains. Tomorrow, they will face the challenge of Jabel Jais, the highest mountain in the Arabian Peninsula, enjoying breathtaking views of the surrounding desert. The schedule also includes a coastal leg along the Gulf of Oman and a track day at the Dubai Autodrome before the grand finale in Abu Dhabi on the afternoon of December 4th.
