Sirmione Photo Marathon: one hour to capture beauty
On Sunday, July 20th, Sirmione will host the Sirmione 10% Photo Marathon, a photography marathon that challenges participants to capture the perfect image within an hour. The event will kick off at 7 a.m. in Piazza Carducci, where the theme of the competition will be revealed. This initiative is part of the Sirmione Photography Award and aims to complement the exhibition “FIT • Every size matters,” currently on display at Palazzo Callas Exhibitions.
The marathon, which will conclude at 8:30 a.m., is open to all photography enthusiasts, tourists, and residents, with no pre-registration required. Participants will have until 11:59 p.m. on Monday, July 21st, to submit their works. The jury will select four photographs to be exhibited in the show dedicated to the Sirmione Photography Award, thereby affirming the significance of visual art in enhancing the value of the territory.
