Desenzano Rent Fund 2026 Allocates €195,000 to Support Tenants’ Leases

The “Fondo Affitto Desenzano 2026” has allocated €195,000 to help cover rent payments for resident families in Desenzano del Garda. Applications can be submitted from 9:00 a.m. on Monday, 17 August 2026, to 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 15 September 2026, through the online procedure provided by the Comune di Desenzano del Garda.

To be eligible, applicants must have lived in Desenzano for at least one year by the notice deadline and hold a valid, properly registered rental contract in the private market, with rent payments up to the month prior to the application. Only one application is allowed per household, and public housing (Servizi abitativi pubblici) contracts are excluded, as are those already receiving the specific regional contributions listed in the notice. Additional requirements include residence in the rented unit, no household member holding real rights over an adequate property in Lombardy, and an ISEE 2026 of no more than €10,140.

Applications must be filed online via the municipality’s social services section using SPID or CIE; authentication can be done by someone other than the beneficiary, who then enters the beneficiary’s details and uploads a copy of their ID where required. The maximum contribution is up to €1,000 per household, and the beneficiary’s identity card must be attached in the cases specified by the procedure.
