Lonato del Garda, brawl among youths, public safety: In the night between Wednesday and Thursday, an incident of violence shook the center of Lonato, specifically on Via Cesare Battisti. Four young individuals sustained minor injuries during a large brawl that involved the throwing of cobblestones and the use of chairs as weapons. Around 2 AM, residents heard the shouts of a group of young people engaged in a heated argument, which quickly escalated into violence. Surveillance cameras recorded the incident, allowing the carabinieri to intervene promptly to restore order.
Medical personnel from Bedizzole and Calcinato attended to the four injured, aged between 23 and 45 years; fortunately, none suffered serious consequences, and two individuals were admitted under green code at the hospital in Desenzano. The area is already known for similar incidents during the night hours, and citizens are now calling for decisive action from the Administration to ensure greater public safety in the community.
