Maintenance work on the railway viaduct of Desenzano del Garda

In Desenzano del Garda, from November 10 to 21, extraordinary maintenance work will take place on the railway viaduct located on Via Marconi, near the intersection with Via Bezzeca. The work, scheduled from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, will involve the consolidation of the structure and will result in the establishment of an alternating one-way traffic system managed by traffic controllers, along with a reduction of the roadway width and a speed limit set at 30 km/h. These temporary traffic modifications may cause inconveniences and delays, as Via Marconi is one of the main routes connecting to Valtenesi and the city exit. This intervention is part of a broader project worth 16 million euros initiated by Rete Ferroviaria Italiana, aimed at consolidating the railway viaduct.
