Riva del Garda: Where Culinary Excellence Meets Modern Hospitality

The 50th edition of Hospitality, a trade fair focused on the hospitality and food & beverage sectors, will take place from February 2 to 5, 2026, at the Riva del Garda exhibition center. The event aims to broaden its scope within the HoReCa industry, emphasizing the beverage sector, which includes mixology, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings. A special program called “Out&About” will extend the event into the city, featuring experiential activities for industry professionals and the public.

With over 750 exhibitors across more than 45,000 square meters, the fair will showcase the latest trends in the restaurant and hospitality sectors. Additionally, a report on wine tourism in Italy will be presented, highlighting its growing significance as a strategic economic driver. The initiative seeks to strengthen connections between businesses and the local community, positioning Riva del Garda as a hub for innovation and hospitality culture.
