Villanuova sul Clisi Wraps Up Strabilio Under the Tree at Teatro Corallo
The winter season dedicated to performing arts and new circus is set to conclude with two evening events at the Teatro Corallo in Villanuova sul Clisi. The festival “Strabilio sotto l’albero,” directed by Davide Vedovelli, will take place on Tuesday, December 23, and Saturday, December 27, featuring a variety of performances from music to contemporary juggling, all offered free of charge to promote cultural engagement during the holidays.
The first event on December 23 at 8:30 PM will showcase “Cosa bolle in Banda?”, a unique concert by the Banda Musicale Carlo Zambelli in collaboration with artist Michele Cafaggi. This performance tells the story of a musical ensemble preparing for a big show, interrupted by quirky musicians introducing unconventional instruments. The second event, “Niente panico!” by Garuskji (Giuliano Garufi), will be held on December 27, focusing on contemporary juggling and inspired by a Chinese proverb about overcoming obstacles. Both events require online reservation through Eventbrite for seating. The initiative is supported by various institutions including the Province of Brescia and Fondazione Cariplo.
