Upcoming Tender Deadlines for Public Works Projects in March and April

Since the approval by the council a couple of months ago, during the traditional end-of-year meeting, the deadlines for approximately ten public works tenders are now approaching.

Today, for example, the opening of bids is scheduled for the paving works on Via Diaz, with an estimated cost of approximately 300 million lire. Next week, on March 20, the opening of offers will take place for the new sidewalk on Via Ballino, with a cost of 63 million lire.

One week later, on March 27, the bids will be opened for the project involving several special systems at Rocca, with a budget of 150 million lire, while on April 4, the project for the former Canonica in Campi will close, with a cost of 270 million lire.

Major Projects and Longer Deadlines

For more significant projects with longer timelines, the deadlines are expected to be about a month later. Among these are the former infirmary on Via Ardaro, which includes 12 apartments for the elderly and a budget of 2.5 billion lire, and the new headquarters of the Polizia di Stato Commissariato, costing 2.3 billion lire.

Additionally, on March 16, the tender for public lighting on Via Vannetti and Viale Pernici will close, with an expenditure exceeding 1 billion lire, while the deadline for the restoration of the Palazzo Lutti façade is March 30.
