Gardone Gastronomic Event Showcases Brescia Cuisine and Local Chefs

Stage in Gardone for the “Gastronomic Exhibition for the Promotion of Typical Brescia Products and Local Cuisine.” Organized by the Club del Buongustaio and the Assessorato all’agricoltura of the Province in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce, the Arthob (association of restaurants and trattorias), and the Associazione cuochi bresciani, the event features the participation of 21 restaurants.

The dishes offered by young chef Enrico Pellegrini of the Locanda degli Angeli were judged by a panel of experts, including the president of the Club dei Buongustai, Enzo Dellea, and the chef Onelio Lippi Proietti of the Associazione cuochi.

The menu, characteristic of the «Riviera» style, includes: white polenta with eel ragù, salmon trout and pumpkin risotto, pike in green sauce with sage wafers…
