Color, Environment, and Man: Insights from the Toscolano Conference

“Man, the environment, and color.” This is the theme of the “Meeting Outside of Commonplaces” organized by the Cecina Promotion Association in collaboration with the Istituto del Colore, B&B colordesign, and Aiani mobili & design.

The first session of the initiative will focus on the complex relationship between man and color, understood as a fraction of energy, sensation, and experience; the second will instead address landscape issues, specifically the use of color to reduce the visual impact of large infrastructural and industrial works.

Speaker will be designer Aldo Bottoli, director of the magazine Colore and member of the steering committee of the Istituto del Colore.

The conference will take place on Friday, June 2nd at 8:30 PM at Aiani mobili & design, located on via Porto in Toscolano. Participation is free of charge.
