Desenzano’s Rock Festival at Castello: Lineup, Schedule & Highlights

This year as well, as part of the summer events organized by the Giunta comunale, the city of Desenzano will host the second edition of the Rock Festival, taking place in the charming setting of the Castello in the Garda town.

Program of the Opening Night

The event, which will start at 9:00 PM, will feature performances by two bands: Quaranta Watt and Lady Oscar. The latter, with a history spanning over a decade, is led by singer Nicola Mansueto. Besides being quite an eccentric personality, Mansueto has demonstrated notable vocal talents.

Tomorrow’s Program

Tomorrow, good music will begin at 5:00 PM with Proprietà Privata, followed by Esp. The evening will open with Fiabe sonore, then give way to Horlà and their album «Storie di noi»: a band composed of four members (Alessandro Razzi on vocals, Mattia Busi on guitar, Klaus Turcato on bass, Gabriele Lipani on drums) performing covers of well-known bands like Pearl Jam and Negrita.

The evening will be concluded by Loderia and their five musicians.

Conclusion and Other Events

The event will close on Thursday the 22nd, with Narcise at 5:00 PM, followed by 7 Okelvin. Then will come performances by Dune and at 10:00 PM, Mexcal, a band that has recorded several albums and has also participated in «Arezzo Wave». The Rock Festival will end with a concert by Korova, a band passionate about heavy metal music.
