How to Cook Marinated Sea Bass with Vegetables
Ingredients (for 4 people): a 1-kilo sea bass, 2 garlic cloves, 1 bay leaf, 1 sprig of rosemary, half a lemon, 1 shallot, 1 fennel, 1 carrot, 1 celery stalk, oil, salt, pepper.
Clean the sea bass and marinate it with a chopped mixture of garlic, bay leaf, salt, and pepper. Slice the vegetables and arrange them with the fish in an ovenproof dish.
Add the sprig of rosemary, the lemon cut into pieces, drizzle with a little oil, and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35/40 minutes.
