The event will take place on Wednesday, May 8th, 2024, in the picturesque setting of Salò, in Piazza della Vittoria. The exercise will start at 10:30 am and conclude at 12:00 pm.

The main objective of this initiative is to strengthen collaboration among the different administrations operating on Lake Garda, in order to ensure greater effectiveness and coordination in aeronaval activities.

During the exercise, the aeronaval assets of the Operational Aeronaval Unit of the Guardia di Finanza will be involved, representing a fundamental component for the security and control of the lake area. Naval vehicles from other institutions operating on Lake Garda will also be present.

This synergy among the various administrations will allow for the implementation of shared operational procedures and the testing of response capabilities in critical or emergency situations. In particular, the exercise will verify the efficiency of the aircraft and naval vehicles used, as well as the coordination among the different forces in the field.

Therefore, it is an important moment to evaluate the level of preparedness and training of the units involved, as well as to identify any improvements to be made in the cooperation system among the institutions present on Lake Garda.

It is important to emphasize that the joint aeronaval exercise is not only a training opportunity but also a chance to raise awareness among the population and tourists about the presence of law enforcement forces in the area. The presence of aeronaval assets and naval vehicles represents a guarantee of safety for all those who frequent Lake Garda.

Furthermore, the initiative demonstrates the constant commitment of the institutions in protecting the territory and preventing illegal or dangerous activities that could threaten the safety of citizens and visitors.
