Deadline Looms for Mountain Area Funding Requests at Parco Alto Garda

The deadline to submit requests for contributions to the Agriculture Office of the ComUNITÀ MONTANA PARCO ALTO GARDA, in Gargnano, expires today. These contributions may be allocated for forest measures, including silvicultural interventions, improvements of forested areas, the upgrading and construction of forest roads, reconstruction and restoration of damaged forest surfaces, reforestation of non-agricultural lands, and afforestation projects.

Support measures and beneficiaries

Additionally, capital grants are available to support, develop, and enhance mountain grazing lands: beneficiaries can include both public and private entities.

Objectives of the measures

Objectives: preservation and enhancement of mountain huts (malghe) and pastures, and completion of structures and infrastructure for agricultural activities.

Development of rural infrastructure

Finally, to improve rural infrastructure, beneficiaries may be interested municipalities involved in upgrading or constructing aqueducts and rural electricity lines of collective interest, as well as inter-farm and agro-forestry-pastoral roads.
